Kicking defenceless pine
The Hwa Rang Do club gave a short demo at Newcastle Uni yesterday for Cultural Awareness Week. It went surprisingly well, given that even the few plans we had made had to be modified at the last minute.
I made the mistake of mentioning to the guys from my department at work that I was part of it, which resulted in a few familiar faces in the audience. One of those faces was partly occluded by a mobile phone, complete with video recording device.
Hence, grainy evidence of me managing to break some wood after jumping off a waiting chest has surfaced...
